2026-2027 REGISTRATION

Priority Registration opens on January 30th, 2026.

(Priority Registration includes returning families, families who are enrolling siblings of past Patchwork Preschoolers, and students who have attended past Patchwork events.)

Registration for new students and families opens on February 1st, 2026.

In keeping with Patchwork Preschool’s vision of providing children with an individualized education, only a small number of children will be admitted into the program.

Steps to Register:

  1. Review all information provided in Patchwork’s Handbook located at https://patchworkpreschoolwv.com/handbook/.
  2. Carefully complete all parts of the “Registration Form 2026-2027” below and SUBMIT.
  3. Wait for an e-mail detailing whether or not your child has been accepted into the program.
    • This could take up to one week.
  4. If you receive confirmation of your child’s placement, pay the $50.00 registration fee by…
    • Mailing the cash/check to Patchwork Preschool’s mailing address: 390 South 22nd Street Clarksburg, WV 26301
    • OR If you wish to pay the registration fee via Venmo (@PatchworkPreschool) there is a $5.00 convenience fee, making the total fee $55.00.
  5. If your e-mail indicates your child was not placed in the program at this time, please complete the “Wait List Application” at the bottom of this webpage.

Notes on the Registration Fee:

  • The $50.00 registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that reserves your child’s spot in the class.
  • Payments must be made in the form of cash or checks, or by using Venmo.
  • If you wish to pay the registration fee via Venmo (@PatchworkPreschool) there is a $5.00 convenience fee, making the total fee $55.00.
  • Checks must be made out to “Patchwork Preschool.”
  • Please DO NOT pay this fee until you have received an e-mail confirming your child’s spot in the program.
  • Payment must be received in a timely manner or your child’s spot is forfeited.
  • Miss Katie will contact you via text once payment has been received and your child’s spot is secure.
